For Jaipur Design Week 24, I began with the goal of creating a more engaging online presence for the event. Collaborating with two team members, we developed a user-friendly website that enhanced the overall experience, resulting in a 50% increase in user traffic.

We utilized Microsoft Clarity for detailed site analytics, which allowed us to track user behavior and make iterative improvements. This approach ensured the website was continuously optimized for both functionality and user engagement.
