Project

Transforming Procedural Supply UX for 70K+ Users

Core Problem

A Fortune 500 global healthcare provider partnered with a global AI consulting firm to redesign its enterprise supply management platform, a system that supported ordering, tracking, and billing of essential medical supplies across hospitals, labs, and clinics worldwide. The existing system had been in use for nearly a decade. Its workflows were complex, fragmented, and error-prone — built on outdated UI patterns that didn’t match how healthcare professionals actually worked.

The outdated UX and lack of integration with modern tools caused frustration, time loss, and errors in managing critical healthcare inventory items ranging from perishable and consumable products to RFID and barcode-tracked surgical supplies.

The project’s goal was clear...

“Redesign and restructure the experience to improve usability and efficiency while aligning with evolving business goals through system analysis and stakeholder insights.”
